Kara Wright

Kara Wright serves as the Managing Director at Envisioning Equity Work, LLC, a boutique DEI and Racial Equity consulting firm. She is an experienced entrepreneur, startup enthusiast, social impact advocate and longtime equity, diversity and inclusion strategist. She has over two decades of experience leading and managing organizational change for a global roster of clients helping leaders build resilient, equitable, and inclusive organizations. She holds a vision for people’s lives, workplaces and communities until they can envision it for themselves and leads this work with both head and heart through a lens of care for each of her client partners. She resides in Chicago and is a proud community member of Bronzeville where she lives with her family.
