Dr. Angela Hawkins is a seasoned healthcare executive, educator, and people and talent development expert with a passion for empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential. As the National Deputy Director of Clinical Accreditation, Registration, and Evaluation of the largest healthcare system in the United States, she oversees and writes national policy for initiatives in learning management and staff development.

With a PhD in Nursing Education and Administration and a Master's in Business, Dr. Hawkins brings a unique blend of healthcare expertise, business acumen, and educational leadership to the advisory board. Her extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs, coaching executives, and developing leadership development initiatives has resulted in significant reductions in staff time and improved organizational efficiency while addressing the pressing issue of staff burnout.

As an adjunct professor, Dr. Hawkins teaches nurse leaders how to navigate the complex landscape of healthcare systems, insurance, and managed care, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to thrive in today's dynamic healthcare environment.
